It is fundamentally important to identify the client's economic risks in all relevant areas.

With regard to identification analysis, various system tools are used to ensure that the identification is correct.

Status report

Based on the identification analysis, which describes the actual risks, a status report is drawn up which compares the actual risks with the current insurance cover.

Risk prevention proposals

On the basis of the status report, the benefits/economics of preventive measures, including for example the enhancement of fire and burglary conditions, are assessed.

Insurance policy

The status report and the result of the assessment regarding preventive measures provide the basis for the drawing up/implementation of the client's insurance policy which describes the attitude to ensuring/insuring the exposed risks and internal assignment of responsibility.

Tender bids/evaluation

The identification analysis, status report and client's insurance policy which have been drawn up hereafter form the basis for the drafting of tender material describing the client's needs/decision with regard to insurance cover.

Having received bids from selected insurance companies, a comparative evaluation report will be prepared which identifies the differences in terms of cover and cost as the basis for the client's choice of insurance company.

Bækmark & Kvist then supervises the placing and continuous administration of the enterprise's insurance portfolio with a responsible insurance broker and allied service staff.

All questions from both the client and the insurance company will be dealt with by this team and thereby ease the client's administration with regard to insurance.

Ongoing quality control

In conjunction with specified status meetings Bækmark & Kvist will put relevant questions to those responsible for insurance within the business, thereby ensuring an ongoing revision of the client's insurance portfolio as well as keeping a close eye on the economic situation, news and changes in the market.
